Brad and his sister Amy decided to run a 5K in Diamondhead, MS on August 15. That was the day of their mother's birthday. Brad worked so hard training weeks before his race, running and eating healthy. I was impressed with his dedication. He got up early (6am) on a Saturday to run 3.1 miles in 24 mins, finishing 66th out of 200 something. Here is to you Honey!!

Thats such a nice thing to do for his mom. Congrats on finishing the race Brad! When are you doing a 5K Kel?
