On a lovely Saturday morning, we woke up, got the kids ready, packed the van with snacks, chairs, and blankets, and then climbed in the van. We were on our way to the Gulfport Christmas Parade.
We got there a little late and quickly found a spot. Watched the parade for 5 mins then it was over.
That is it?!!
Since we were running late we couldn't meet up with our friends, The Andersons, before the parade started. So we met up with them after the parade and headed to the park where Santa was taking pictures after the parade.
We stood in lines for about an hour to get pictures with the different characters. The headed home. That was the extent of our family morning. A little disappointing but it was fun hanging out with The Andersons during that short time, not to mention the kids got to see Santa.
I think Kasey was more interested in seeing the Grinch than Santa.
She loves watching The Grinch Movie (one with Jim Carey)
Poor Santa. It was really warm that day, I knew he must be dying in his Santa gear.
